Job summary

Daikin Applied Ltd. is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Data Center aftermarket service business nationwide.

You will drive maintenance agreements, pricing strategies, and scalable service programs while partnering with District Service teams to expand opportunities. You will work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Management to accelerate recurring revenue, strengthen customer retention, and position Daikin Applied as the preferred service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth.
• Increase maintenance agreement sales, attachment rates, recurring revenue, and retention.
• Partner with District Service organizations to price propose and secure maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Data Center operations and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale nationwide service delivery.
• Establish standardized pricing, scopes of work, and processes for Data Center service.
