Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Data Center aftermarket service business nationwide. The role focuses on increasing maintenance agreement sales, attachment rates, recurring revenue, and customer retention, while aligning with district service and national accounts teams.

You will drive standardized programs, pricing, and proposals, partnering across Sales, Service, Finance and Product Management to scale a national Data Center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy
• Partner with District Service organizations to identify and secure maintenance agreements
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME on operations, requirements, and market trends
• Meet with SVP of Sales and VP of National Accounts to assess market activity
• Develop standardized maintenance programs and scopes of work across districts
• Establish and maintain national pricing strategies for maintenance agreements
• Convert existing equipment customers to long-term service customers across facilities
• Support District Service teams on complex Data Center opportunities
• Coordinate national opportunities to ensure a consistent service experience
• Create tools, templates, pricing methodologies, and best practices for Data Center service sales
