Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Data Center aftermarket service. You will develop a national strategy, standardize programs, and partner with District Service teams to secure maintenance agreements and recurring revenue across the Data Center market.

The role requires deep knowledge of mission-critical facilities, pricing, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy with focus on maintenance agreements and recurring revenue
• Partner with District Service organizations to price, propose, negotiate, and secure Data Center maintenance agreements and aftermarket opportunities
• Serve as expert on Data Center operations, mission-critical requirements, and market trends to guide pricing, scopes of work, and service standards
• Create standardized programs, templates, and pricing methodologies for scalable national deployment
• Build strategic relationships with Data Center customers and internal stakeholders to grow service business
