Job summary

Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the Data Center aftermarket service growth and strategy on a national level. This role drives maintenance agreements, pricing, and scalable programs while collaborating with District Service, National Accounts, and other leaders to expand recurring revenue and strengthen customer partnerships.

The position is remote in the USA with travel flexibility, and will interact with SVP/VP levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years specifically involving Data Centers, mission-critical facilities, HVAC service, aftermarket service, or strategic account development (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy.
• Partner with District Service organizations to secure maintenance agreements and opportunities.
• Act as the national Data Center service SME on operations, requirements, and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase recurring aftermarket revenue and improve retention.
• Establish standardized tools, pricing, and best practices for Data Center service sales.
