Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to drive growth in the aftermarket Data Center service business, with a primary focus on maintenance agreements, pricing, and scalable national strategies while preserving local customer relationships.

You will collaborate with District Service, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Management to standardize programs, expand recurring revenue, and position Daikin Applied as a trusted service partner for mission‑critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth, focusing on maintenance agreements and recurring revenue.
• Partner with District Service organizations to identify, price, propose, negotiate, and secure new Data Center maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME, guiding operations, market trends, and service expectations.
