Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Data Center Service Development Manager to lead the growth of the aftermarket Data Center service business. This role focuses on increasing maintenance agreement sales, attachment rates, and recurring revenue while developing a national strategy and partnering with District Service teams.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on mission-critical Data Center operations, drive standardized programs, and build relationships with key customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales.
• 10+ years in Data Centers, mission-critical facilities, HVAC service, aftermarket service, or strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket strategy for growth.
• Partner with District Service to price and secure maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service expert on operations, requirements, and market trends.
• Meet with senior sales leadership to understand market activity and client needs.
• Develop standardized maintenance programs, scopes of work, and pricing templates.
• Establish national pricing strategies balancing customer needs and profitability.
• Grow recurring revenue by expanding existing relationships across facilities.
• Support District Service teams on complex Data Center opportunities.
