Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive a major U.S. redevelopment program across multiple sites.

You will oversee design, permitting, procurement, and construction, coordinating with senior leadership and external partners to deliver milestones on time and within budget. This hybrid role requires travel to active sites, managing schedules, and ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction projects across several states.
• Act as Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and maintain schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure safety, on-schedule delivery within budget and quality standards.
