Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our U.S. Developments Team and drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs.

This role oversees multiple projects across several states, taking ownership from concept through turnover and operational opening. Travel to active sites is required; the position blends remote work, office collaboration, and field-based project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; strong scheduling and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager/Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Manage projects from concept through turnover and opening; develop and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to complete projects.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, risk registers, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
