• Collaborate with the National Director to implement national client engagement plans and growth initiatives.
• Drive accountability and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and development of CRT teams.
• Oversee recruitment, development, and succession planning for CRT leaders; promote a high-performing culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust internal controls across CRT operations.
