Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Relationship Specialist‑National Accounts to partner with strategic account teams, develop business plans for intermediaries, and represent the firm with home office contacts and clients. The role involves travel up to 25% and delivering solutions across wealth and retirement product lines.

You will build relationships, drive education and collaboration with NACG, and secure workshops and regional meetings to expand Capital Group's exposure.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in financial services with a focus on relationship management, sales support, or business development.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences, including executives and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree and licensing within 90 days: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/65 or 66.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans for key intermediaries on wealth and retirement plan products and services.
• Meet with home office contacts virtually and in person, including travel to conferences, workshops, and offices.
• Identify opportunities to provide business solutions through NACG, marketing, and support groups.
