Capital Group seeks a National Senior Manager for the Client Relationship Team (CRT) to lead CRT Managers nationwide, align with the National Director, and drive national sales and service strategies.

You will oversee performance metrics, partner with senior leadership, recruit and develop talent, and ensure world-class client engagement. Travel up to 50% is required; a commitment to integrity, diversity, and long-term thinking is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Series 65 must be obtained within 9 months of hire date.

Mansioni

• Provides leadership for CRT Managers and teams nationwide across regions.
• Partners with the National Director to co-create and implement national sales and service strategies.
• Drives advisor accountability, monitors KPIs, and supports sales targets and client service outcomes.
• Collaborates with Regional Directors to maintain national consistency and scale.
• Represents CRT interests in leadership forums and ensures alignment with firm-wide strategy.
• Oversees resource reviews, talent development, and succession planning for CRT teams.
