Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Manager - Client Senior to lead branch sales, service excellence, and operational integrity. You will hire, coach, and develop internal sales/service staff while guiding the team to exceed branch goals.

This role partners with the branch manager and relationship managers to grow client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cross-sell opportunities. You will manage risk, conduct performance reviews, and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct client service experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a banking environment
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience
• SAFE Act Registration; must be in good standing and registered/licensed

Responsibilities

• Guides colleagues and teams to achieve results; provides feedback and development opportunities
• Ensures sales/service training is completed and client solutions are provided
• Manages annual reviews for the internal sales/service team
• Partners with bank divisions to support client retention and cross-sell opportunities
• Leads internal sales processes including outbound calls, client visits, and creating opportunities
• Maintains branch operational integrity and ensures regulatory compliance and risk management
