Job summary

Capital Group seeks a National Senior Manager to lead the Client Relationship Team (CRT) nationwide, guiding CRT Managers and teams to execute client service and growth strategies. You will partner with the National Director to align sales and service plans with revenue goals and market expansion.

You will drive accountability, monitor KPIs, and support achieving targets while collaborating with regional leaders to ensure consistency across regions and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for CRT Managers and their teams across regions, ensuring consistent execution of national client service and business development strategies.
• Partners closely with the National Director to co-create and implement comprehensive national sales and service strategies.
• Drives advisor accountability, monitors KPIs, and supports achievement of sales targets and superior client servicing outcomes.
• Collaborates with Regional Directors on initiatives impacting their regions, bringing national consistency.
• Leads special projects and change management initiatives, including role redesigns and resource reviews.
