Job summary

The Capital Group is seeking an Enterprise Client Relationships Manager to deliver strategic value to globally important clients and enhance firm-wide strategy. You will work with Senior Relationship Managers to align priorities, lead cross-functional engagements, and drive a client-centric agenda across major financial institutions.

You will coordinate with global client groups, develop account plans, and shape executive-level engagement.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree is required.
• Must hold Series 7 and 66; CFA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years financial services experience.
• Relationship management experience required.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Represent Capital Group's relationship with global clients and partners.
• Collaborate with North America and Europe/Asia Client Groups on briefing documents and talking points.
• Lead high-impact engagement engagements to advance the relationship.
• Circulate and action takeaways from executive meetings and workshops.
• Develop enterprise account plans and engagement roadmaps.
