Verkada Inc. is seeking a National Channel Sales Manager, CDW (Corp), to scale our direct market reseller network and drive net new business through the channel on a national level.

This individual-contributor role requires strategic thinking and close collaboration across sales, marketing, and partner teams. You’ll develop a focused partner plan for CDW regions, enable partner executives, and lead joint activities with field teams to achieve measurable growth across CDW locations and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience with a strong track record in CDW.
• Strategic and creative thinking to design scalable partner initiatives.
• Ability to influence across partner sales reps to executive leadership.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive net new pipeline with CDW and co-sell with field sales.
• Execute a national channel strategy aligned to GTM goals and targets.
• Train and enable partner executives and sales teams on the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams on partner events, demand gen, and customer programs.
• Lead regular business reviews with partners to optimize performance.
• Influence partner sales teams and improve channel tools and incentives.
• Lead regional events to grow brand awareness and partner engagement.
• Own onboarding, enablement, pipeline development, and revenue realization for your region.
