Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to scale our partner network in Northern New Jersey and Staten Island, NY. You will build pipeline with reseller partners, enable partners, and execute a region-specific channel strategy to drive net new business.

You’ll collaborate with field sales, marketing, and pre-sales to run partner events, campaigns, and QBRs, travel frequently, and grow Verkada’s channel ecosystem across the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
• Strategic and creative thinking to scale partner programs.
• Ability to influence across partner and internal sales teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline with reseller partners and net new end-user opportunities.
• Develop and manage a territory channel strategy and partner plan.
• Train and enable partner executives and sales teams on Verkada products.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and pre-sales on events and campaigns.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and optimize partner performance.
• Travel regionally, including Northern New Jersey and Staten Island.
