Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Manager for National Business Development in Advanced Manufacturing. This role focuses on creating pipeline opportunities in industries where current Talent Solutions capacity doesn't reach. The successful candidate will leverage their network to engage employer partners and conduct discovery meetings to assess fit with Per Scholas graduate profiles.

This is a contract role with a focus on generating qualified leads. Compensation is between $35 and $45 per hour based on expertise. Comprehensive benefits including generous PTO, medical coverage, and a 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in targeted domain areas with a demonstrable book of contacts.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate employer hiring challenges into partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities
