Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead curriculum creation for critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing training pathways. This role combines technical credibility with the ability to translate complex content into practical adult learning experiences.

You will oversee content development, work with SMEs and delivery teams, and drive continuous improvement while scaling nationwide learning programs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in (or with) critical infrastructure, data centers, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience designing training programs for electromechanical technicians, PLC/automation techs, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of equipment in highly automated facilities (pumps, motors, PLCs, VFDs, UPS, etc.).
• Experience with SOPs/MOPs/EOPs to maintain or restore equipment in critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of curriculum, labs, and learner materials for pathways.
• Translate technical concepts into job-relevant learning for adults.
• Collaborate with SMEs and partners to deliver high-quality materials.
