You will leverage your 5+ years of business development experience and network to create new opportunities. Responsibilities include market penetration, pipeline management, and aligning with the National TSOL team. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 – $45 based on expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience with a demonstrable book of contacts.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts, not just managing existing relationships.
• Comfort using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify employer partners in your assigned domain.
• Conduct discovery meetings with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Maintain records of pipeline progression in HubSpot.
