Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation seeks a senior sales leader to manage national accounts and drive strategic programs within the Engine Mobile Aftermarket group. You will direct account managers to grow sales and margins across existing and new customers, and actively support cross-divisional strategies.

You will mentor staff, represent Parker at trade shows, and align with the Win Strategy while reporting to the Director of Sales. This role requires significant travel and remote coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years in OEM direct sales and/or industrial/distributor sales.
• Experience staffing, training, coaching and motivating staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with advanced PC skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regional sales goals are achieved and margins maintained.
• Coach territory managers and develop national accounts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts.
• Gather market data and monitor competitive activity.
• Collaborate with marketing and other divisions to support growth.
