Job summary

You will regularly interact with regional management, support teams, and customers to meet sales goals, develop plans, and optimize revenue. Travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of direct and/or distributor sales experience in industrial technical products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Able to travel overnight 50% to 70% of the time as required.
• Product and system certifications preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with OEM customers and distributors.
• Prioritize opportunities to maximize sales and margin per account.
• Develop technical knowledge of products, applications, and benefits.
• Obtain specifications and approvals to increase sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activity and report trends regularly.
• Coordinate cross-divisional referrals and support.
• Provide product training at distributor and customer levels.
• Contribute to strategic planning to meet assigned account needs.
