Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a senior sales leader to manage national accounts and guide regional sales teams within the Engine Mobile Aftermarket group. The role directs account managers to grow sales volume and margin across existing and new accounts, while aligning with the Wins Strategy.

The candidate will oversee staff development, collaborate with marketing and divisional management, and represent Parker at trade shows and industry events. Travel up to 50-70% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in OEM direct sales and/or industrial/distributor sales products; 1-3 years as first level manager preferred.
• Must be able to staff, train, develop, coach and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with advanced PC skills.
• Must travel overnight 50% to 70% of time or as required.
• Product and system certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales goals are achieved within the region and motivate staff.
• Coach territory managers to develop and maintain strong client relationships; oversee national accounts.
• Ensure Parker products meet customer satisfaction and advocate Wins Strategy.
• Gather and disseminate market data from territory managers and marketing programs.
• Develop knowledge of competitive products and market activity and report changes to management.
• Direct development and maintenance of technical knowledge of products and applications.
