Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a National Accounts Manager to lead OEM direct sales and oversee regional and national account programs. The role directs account managers, ensures sales growth and margin, and aligns with the Win Strategy across divisions.

The position requires extensive travel (50–70%), strong communication, and staff development skills; reporting to the Director of Sales with comprehensive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in OEM direct sales and/or industrial/distributor sales products; 1-3 years as first level manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales goals; motivate and develop territory staff.
• Coach territory managers to grow relationships with key and national accounts.
• Ensure Parker products meet customer satisfaction and advocate Wins Strategy.
• Gather and disseminate market data from territory managers and marketing programs.
• Develop strategies to recognize new revenue and margin opportunities; monitor competitors.
• Maintain technical knowledge of Parker products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
• Ensure staff ongoing training and development; support cross-divisional needs.
• Plan strategy with multiple groups to provide required products and services.
