Job summary

Cogent Communications in Pasadena, CA is seeking a results-driven National Account Manager to grow revenue in top commercial and retail properties. You will identify opportunities, prospect, and manage relationships with Key Decision Makers to close deals with national accounts.

This in-office role offers an uncapped commissions plan, structured tenure pay increases, and comprehensive benefits. A college degree is preferred but not required; prior sales success is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Track record of sales success and ability to identify and generate new business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage decision makers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within a prescribed regional territory.
• Prospect via calls, emails, and other outreach to engage key decision makers.
• Support field activities such as walks, events, and meetings to close deals.
• Utilize consultative selling to position Cogent services for new business.
• Meet monthly revenue objectives with national accounts.
