Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation in Medina, OH, seeks a Facility Coordinator to serve as the nationwide client contact for facility maintenance. You will manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely, quality service delivery to sustain client satisfaction.

The role requires strong telephone-based customer service, CRM proficiency, data entry, scheduling, and basic understanding of construction. Onsite position with competitive earnings and benefits for a family-owned firm.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience and a high school diploma, GED, or college certificate.
• At least one year of experience resolving client issues within a facilities management, service business, or customer call center.
• Telephone-based customer service skills demonstrated in a professional environment.
• Strong computer skills including CRM, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of construction and general trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client response and issue resolution: respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues through the work order life cycle.
• Vendor management: create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, manage subcontractors.
• Work order management: manage 50–70 open work orders concurrently, close 5 per day.
• Communication and documentation: maintain ongoing vendor communication, document progress, ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process adherence and performance monitoring: follow procedures and monitor vendor performance.
