Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation is seeking a Facility Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for nationwide clients, addressing maintenance issues and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery to sustain client satisfaction.

This role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong telephone-based customer service skills, and CRM proficiency. Onsite work is conducted in Medina, OH with opportunities for professional growth within Facilities Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year resolving client issues within facilities management, service, or call center.
• Strong telephone-based customer service skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, data entry, scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client maintenance requests and resolve issues per procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships: solicit bids, assign service agreements, and oversee subcontractors.
• Handle 50–70 open work orders concurrently and close around 5 per day.
• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and customers using PVC Connect and Customer Portal.
• Follow company procedures and monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery.
