Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation, a leading facility management and commercial construction firm, seeks a Facility Coordinator in Medina, OH. You will be the primary contact for nationwide clients, addressing maintenance issues and coordinating services to ensure client satisfaction.

The role focuses on vendor management, work-order lifecycle, and clear communication using PVC Connect and a client portal. On-site duties in Medina and Akron are required, with strong customer-service and CRM skills

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience and a high school diploma, GED, or college certificate are required.
• At least one year of experience resolving client issues within facilities management or a service business.
• Telephone-based customer service skills demonstrated in prior roles.
• Strong computer skills with CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of construction and general trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to client maintenance requests and resolve issues through the work order life cycle.
• Create work orders, solicit bids, and manage service agreements and vendors for maintenance problems to ensure quality service.
• Manage an average of 50 to 70 open work orders concurrently and close about 5 per day.
• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, document progress, and ensure customer satisfaction using PVC Connect and Customer Portal.
• Follow company procedures, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely, quality project delivery.
