Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation in Medina, Ohio seeks a Facility Coordinator to be the primary contact for nationwide clients and resolve commercial facility maintenance issues while ensuring service delivery quality. The role reports to the Assistant Emergency Services Manager and supports multiple divisions within our firm.

You will coordinate work orders, manage vendors, and communicate progress through PVC Connect and the Customer Portal, ensuring client satisfaction and timely project

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience and a high school diploma, GED, or college certificate.
• At least one year of experience resolving client issues within a facilities management or service business.
• Telephone-based customer service skills demonstrated in prior roles.
• Strong computer skills including CRM software, data entry, scheduling and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of construction and general trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Response and Issue Resolution: Promptly respond to client maintenance requests, assess concerns, and follow procedures to resolve issues through the work order life cycle.
• Vendor Management: Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Work Order Management: Manage 50 to 70 open work orders concurrently, closing ~5 per day.
• Communication and Documentation: Maintain communication with vendors, document progress, and ensure customer satisfaction using PVC Connect and Customer Portal.
• Process Adherence and Performance Monitoring: Follow procedures, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely, quality project delivery.
