Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Director of National Accounts to accelerate growth across key partners in the contact lens space. The role will lead a small account management team and collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Finance to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.

The position requires 10+ years in sales leadership with national/strategic accounts, strong negotiation and analytics skills, and domestic travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership experience, including National/Strategic Accounts.
• Proven knowledge of vision care/optometry channels and competitive products.
• Experience managing account-level P&Ls with revenue and profitability responsibility.
• Strong contract negotiation, trade strategy and joint business planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and lead account managers with performance feedback.
• Develop long-term strategic account plans for top-tier National Accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations and joint business planning with executives.
• Launch and scale new products through account-specific strategies.
• Design and implement customized programs (co-op marketing, growth, e-commerce activations).
• Provide market intelligence and insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee account-level P&L, revenue, trade spend, profitability.
• Drive forecasting, demand planning, and resource allocation.
