Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director of National Accounts to accelerate growth with key National Account partners in the contact lens space. The role leads a small team of account managers and partners with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to build integrated customer plans that drive revenue and market share.

Required are 10+ years in sales leadership, at least 5 in National/Strategic Accounts, and strong vision care knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership experience.
Experience in National/Strategic Accounts within healthcare or related sectors.
Proven account-level P&L ownership and profitability responsibility.
Strong contract negotiation and trade strategy experience.
Leadership in a matrixed organization with cross-functional influence.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong business judgment.

Responsibilities

Coach and lead account managers; provide development and feedback.
Develop long-term strategic account plans for top-tier National Accounts.
Lead contract negotiations and joint business planning with executives.
Launch and scale products through account-specific commercialization plans.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Professional Affairs, and Sales Ops on programs.
Guide field sales through account initiatives and ensure alignment.
Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Oversee account-level P&L, revenue, trade spend, and profitability.
