The position requires 10+ years in sales leadership, including 5+ years in National/Strategic Accounts within healthcare, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership including 5+ years in national/strategic accounts
• Deep knowledge of vision care channels, provider landscape, brand strategies and competitive products
• Proven success managing account-level P&Ls with revenue and profitability responsibility
• Strong experience in contract negotiation, trade strategy, category management, and joint business planning
• Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop account managers; provide consistent communication and feedback
• Develop and own long-term strategic account plans for top-tier National Accounts
• Lead contract negotiations and joint business planning with executive stakeholders
• Launch and scale new products through account-specific commercialization strategies
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Professional Affairs, and Sales Operations to design and implement programs
• Provide guidance to field sales to ensure alignment and execution on initiatives
• Lead market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
