Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director, National Accounts to accelerate relationships with key National Account partners in the contact lens space. You will be a player/coach leading a small team and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create integrated business plans that drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare sales leadership and will report to the Senior Director of National Accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership experience, including National/Strategic Accounts or Key Account leadership.
• Demonstrated knowledge of vision care/optometry business channels and competitive products.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and lead account managers; provide feedback.
• Develop and own long-term strategic account plans for top-tier National Accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, trade strategy, and joint business planning with executives.
• Launch and scale new products through account-specific commercialization strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Professional Affairs, and Sales Ops to design programs.
