Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Director, National Accounts to lead and grow relationships with top national partners in the contact lens space. You will mentor a small team of account managers and partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Supply Chain to create integrated business plans that drive revenue, market share, and profitability.

The role requires 10+ years in sales leadership with 5+ years in National/Strategic Accounts within healthcare sectors, and deep knowledge of vision care channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales/commercial leadership, healthcare, medical device, pharma or consumer health.
• At least 5 years in National/Strategic Accounts or Key Account leadership.
• Deep knowledge of vision care/optometry channels and competitive products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor account managers; provide direction and performance feedback.
• Develop and own long-term strategic account plans for top-tier National Accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, trade strategy, and joint business planning with executive stakeholders.
• Launch and scale new products through account-specific commercialization strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Professional Affairs, and Sales Operations to design and implement customized programs.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to Senior Director of National Accounts.
• Oversee account-level P&L, revenue, trade spend, and profitability management.
• Establish KPIs and use analytics to optimize ROI and forecasting.
• Represent Bausch + Lomb at industry events and key account summits.
