Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director of National Accounts to accelerate relationships with major National Account partners in the contact lens space. This role entails leading a small team, shaping enterprise-level negotiations, and aligning cross-functional groups to drive revenue and market share.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of sales leadership, with 5+ years in national accounts, and strong financial acumen to manage P&L and ROI. Domestic travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in National/Strategic Accounts or Key Account leadership.
• Experience in vision care/optometry business channels and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor account managers; provide feedback.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for top-tier National Accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations and joint business planning with executives.
• Launch and scale products via account-specific strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance and Sales Ops to create customized programs.
• Guide field sales on account initiatives and maintain alignment with leadership.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
