Bausch + Lomb seeks a strategic Director, National Accounts to lead key relationships in the contact lens space. You will mentor a small team and align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive revenue and market share.

We require 10+ years of national/account leadership in healthcare or optical sectors, strong negotiation and financial acumen, and willingness to travel up to 30%. This role offers remote US placement and a path to influence enterprise-wide strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum a Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in sales/commercial leadership with national/strategic/account experience.
Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or consumer health.
Strong contract negotiation, trade strategy and joint business planning skills.
Led teams across matrixed organizations with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of account managers, setting strategic direction.
Develop and own long-term strategic account plans with top-tier National Accounts.
Drive contract negotiations, category management and joint business planning.
Launch new products via account-specific commercialization strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Professional Affairs, and Sales Operations on programs.
Provide market insights, forecast, and ROI analytics to leadership.
Manage account-level P&L including revenue and trade spend.
