Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support the National Account program with consistent, high-quality customer experience across the assigned book of business. The role acts as a customer advocate and internal liaison, coordinating with sales and PM teams and documenting interactions in Salesforce.

You will support program initiatives, attend QBRs, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree.
• 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
• High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of WM's National Account program and provide high-quality customer experience across the book of business.
• Act as Customer Experience liaison with the NAM and PM, maintaining connectivity to sales and documenting interactions.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and resolve issues by engaging appropriate WM departments and escalation paths.
• Prepare client-specific reporting and participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to provide data and insights.
• Set up new client users and provide customer training on the E-business portal; support service requests and quotes as needed.
• Stay informed on WM’s integrated services and address local facility needs as a local resource.
