Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support the National Account program with consistent, high-quality customer experience across the assigned book of business. The role acts as a customer advocate and internal liaison, coordinating follow-up and supporting initiatives that strengthen service delivery and connectivity with the sales team.

The specialist will collaborate with the NAM and PM, manage inquiries via Salesforce, and assist with client reporting and new WM services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• High school diploma with 4+ years in related roles.
• 1 year of related work experience beyond education.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of WM's National Account program with high-quality customer experience.
• Serve as Customer Experience liaison, documenting interactions and coordinating follow-up.
• Partner with NAM and PM to address program initiatives and service delivery.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration (or in lieu of degree)

High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
