MetLife is seeking a Client Services Consultant II in Dallas to deliver exceptional client experiences across National Accounts. You will manage Life, Voluntary, Dental, Vision, and Disability products, coordinating with claims, underwriting, finance, sales, and service teams.

The role includes full lifecycle responsibilities from implementation to ongoing service, with travel as needed, supporting a diverse client base within the South CU and a premier National Account model.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Suite Experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note) and curiosity towards AI and its usefulness in this role
• Highest levels of organization

• High School Diploma

Responsabilités

• Lead your National Account book of business with excellence.
• Create dynamic relationships and moving presentations.
• Oversee the customer experience as the single point of contact for MetLife.
• Develop strong customer relationships, and even stronger internal relationships.
• Coordinate yearly stewardships, customer visits, and project manage complex solutions.
