Job summary

MetLife in the United States, with a hybrid role based in St. Louis, seeks a Client Services Consultant II to act as the liaison between National Accounts and MetLife’s internal teams.

You will deliver high-quality group benefits solutions including life, disability, dental, vision and voluntary products to employers and their employees. This role covers end-to-end lifecycle responsibilities from implementation through ongoing service, including client-facing presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote) and curiosity towards AI in this role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset with ownership and tenacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead your National Account book of business with excellence.
• Create dynamic relationships and moving presentations.
• Oversee the customer experience as the single point of contact for MetLife.
• Manage all day-to-day responsibilities.
• Develop strong customer relationships and internal relationships.
• Coordinate yearly stewardships, customer visits, and project manage complex solutions.
