Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Client Services Consultant II for its National Accounts in the South CU. You will oversee end-to-end client experiences for large groups, delivering solutions across Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary benefits.

You’ll collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to drive service excellence and impactful outcomes. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, building strong relationships, and coordinating stewardships and visits.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Suite Experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note) and curiosity towards AI and its usefulness in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead your National Account book of business with excellence.
• Create dynamic relationships and moving presentations.
• Oversee the customer experience as the single point of contact for MetLife.
• Manage all day‑to‑day responsibilities.
• Develop strong customer relationships, and even stronger internal relationships.
• Coordinate yearly stewardships, customer visits, and project manage complex solutions.
