MetLife is seeking a Client Services Consultant II in Austin to lead a National Account book, serve as a single point of contact, and coordinate complex solutions. You’ll collaborate with claims, underwriting, finance, sales, and service teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience and drive ongoing value for large employer groups.

You’ll manage end-to-end lifecycle from implementation through ongoing service in a hybrid, travel-optional role, supporting 55,000+ customers and 50+ million

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of benefits experience or equivalent in large group benefits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data-oriented problem solving.
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a National Account book of business with excellence.
• Create dynamic relationships and moving presentations.
• Oversee the customer experience as the single point of contact for MetLife.
• Manage all day-to-day responsibilities.
• Develop strong customer relationships and internal partnerships.
• Coordinate annual stewardships, visits, and project manage complex solutions.
