Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Client Services Consultant to manage National Account clients across the Mid-Atlantic, guiding implementation and ongoing service delivery. You will partner with Account Executives and stakeholders to protect and grow the customer base while delivering strong, consumer-focused service.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-product support, building durable client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments across Disability, Life, and Dental products.

Qualifications

• College Degree is required.
• Relevant work experience in customer service, account management, project management.
• Some relevant experience in relationship management.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and AI enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage National Account clients end-to-end, from implementation through ongoing service delivery across multiple product lines (Disability & Leaves, Life Insurance, and Dental).
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality customer experience.
• Oversee and coordinate account and project activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service and support for client needs.
