Job summary

MetLife seeks a National Accounts Client Service Consultant to provide end-to-end administrative support and high-touch service to complex National Accounts group insurance clients in the United States. The role partners with Account Executives and internal teams to manage client relationships and day-to-day administration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with insurance industry experience.
• Proven client-facing account management and exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration and service delivery for National Accounts clients with Account Executive.
• Serve as primary client liaison, coordinating between clients and MetLife partners.
• Organize ongoing client meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Provide consultative solutions aligned with client needs.
• Deliver exceptional service with timely execution and responsiveness.
• Support audits and strategic planning with cross-functional teams.
• Act as SME supporting Customer Unit and National Accounts teams.
• Collaborate with Proposal Unit to respond to RFPs.
• Assist with contract execution and compliance activities.
• Stay informed on competitor products, industry trends, and regulations.
• Apply product and systems knowledge to support client interactions.
