Job summary

MetLife in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Services Consultant II to deliver exceptional client experience across National Accounts in the South CU. You’ll manage multi-product benefits, develop client presentations, and coordinate stewardships and visits with internal teams.

Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week. Travel to client sites is expected to support complex solutions and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with ownership and tenacity.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead National Account book of business and maintain client relationships.
• Develop dynamic presentations and coordinate stewardships and visits.
• Be the single point of contact for MetLife customer experience and day-to-day tasks.
• Collaborate with claims, underwriting, finance, sales and service teams.
• Support multi-product client needs including life, disability, dental, and vision.
• Travel to meet clients as needed within the region.
