Job summary

Lennox International in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Enterprise National Account (NAA) role for coordinating onboarding, inventory management, orders, and service support for strategic national accounts. You will work onsite and remotely, partnering with sales, operations, and care teams to ensure flawless program execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, branch operations, implementation, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, customer onboarding, implementation projects, or complex customer environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned National Account customers.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and dispute resolution requests.
• Identify and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Provide deployment support for new programs.
• Coordinate training for customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, branches, sales, care, and supply chain partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and milestones.
• Monitor account activity and progress for quality and satisfaction.
• Support process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain records related to interactions and program implementation.
