Lennox International is hiring for an Enterprise National Account role in the Detroit area. You will serve as the primary contact for strategic National Account customers, handling onboarding, orders, inventory, warranties, and disputes, while coordinating training and program deployment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and relationship management to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, account management, or related roles.
• Experience with National Accounts or complex customer environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure successful adoption of programs.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranty, returns, and disputes.
• Identify and resolve issues; escalate when needed for timely resolution.
• Provide deployment support for new programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate training for customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, branches, sales, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and milestones.
• Monitor account activity and implementation progress for quality.
• Support process improvements to enhance experience and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and program activity.
