Zusammenfassung

Lennox International seeks an Enterprise National Account Advocate to provide onsite and remote support for strategic National Accounts, ensuring flawless onboarding, order processing, and program implementation. You will coordinate training and work with sales, service, and supply chain teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills, with travel up to 50% and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, or related experience.
• Experience with National Accounts, onboarding, and implementation projects preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for assigned National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for successful implementation and adoption of programs.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranties, returns, and dispute resolution.
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed for timely resolution.
• Provide deployment support for new programs, products, and initiatives.
• Coordinate training for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, branch ops, sales, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet service levels and milestones.
• Monitor account activity and progress to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and program activity.
