Lennox in Houston is seeking an Enterprise National Account role to support strategic National Account customers. You will onboard new clients, manage inventory, process orders, handle warranties and returns, resolve disputes, and coordinate training for customers and internal teams.

You will build strong relationships with customers, branch operations, sales, customer care and supply chain to meet service levels and milestones, while driving efficient adoption of programs.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, branch operations, implementation, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, onboarding, implementation projects, or complex customer environments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary point of contact for National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email communications.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for successful implementation and adoption of National Account programs.
• Manage customer orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and dispute resolution requests.
• Identify and resolve customer issues; escalate as needed for timely resolution.
• Provide deployment and implementation support for new customer programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate training for customers and internal stakeholders.
