Job summary

Lennox International is seeking an Enterprise National Account Advocate (NAA) to provide onsite and remote support for strategic National Account customers from onboarding through ongoing program execution. This role partners with customers, branch operations, sales, and supply chain to ensure flawless delivery of programs and initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service or account management, a degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, account management, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, onboarding, implementation projects, or complex environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure successful program adoption.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranties, returns, and disputes.
• Identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
• Provide deployment support for new programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate training for customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers, branches, sales, care, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and milestones.
• Monitor account activity and implementation progress.
• Support process improvements for customer experience and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and program activity.
