Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Enterprise National Account Administrator to partner with key national accounts, supporting onboarding, inventory management, orders, warranty and returns, and escalations. This role coordinates programs with cross-functional teams and requires travel up to 50% to assist customers.

Based in the Phoenix area, the position is salaried and non-exempt, offering a starting salary of $57,600–$75,600 annually plus a 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, account management, branch operations, implementation, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, customer onboarding, implementation projects, or complex customer environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email communications.
• Coordinate customer onboarding activities for successful implementation and adoption of National Account programs.
• Manage customer orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and dispute resolution requests.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating when needed for timely resolution.
• Provide deployment and implementation support for new customer programs, products, and initiatives.
